BidMyCleaning provides an online platform that allows users to post requests for cleaning services and receive bids from service providers. We facilitate the connection between users and service providers but do not partake in the execution or negotiation of the cleaning services themselves.

3. Account Registration

To access and use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Posting Job Requests

• Users may post job requests detailing their cleaning needs, including date, time, and specific services required.
• Posting a job request is free of charge.

5. Bidding on Jobs

• Service Providers can view job postings and submit bids to express interest.
• To submit a bid, Service Providers must purchase the lead associated with the job posting.
• All bids must be made in good faith, with a genuine intent to fulfill the cleaning service if selected.

6. Payment

• All payments related to the purchase of leads are conducted through the platform.
• BidMyCleaning does not handle payments for the cleaning services themselves. Any financial transactions for services rendered must be conducted directly between the User and the Service Provider.

7. No Guarantees of Service

BidMyCleaning does not guarantee the performance or quality of any service provided by Service Providers. The platform acts solely as an intermediary facilitating the initial connection between users and service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

BidMyCleaning shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or losses incurred from the use of our platform or as a result of the agreement between user and service provider, including but not in limitation to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

Users and Service Providers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BidMyCleaning from any claims, liabilities, expenses, or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
